Dr Wesley is a prolific lecturer and presenter and is a highly respected member of both the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery (IAHRS) and the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgeons (ISHRS).

In addition to performing hair transplants using the Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) and Follicular Unit Transplanting (FUT) techniques, Dr Wesley has pioneered scarless surgery that improves the yield of transplanted hair follicles while significantly diminishing the appearance of scarring.
